Trish Ferrier

With a wealth of experience in facilities management, Trish has held key roles at prominent organisations, showcasing expertise in strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

From 2015 to 2018, as the Studio Program Coordinator at Kids Under Cover, Trish managed the installation of 1 and 2-bedroom Studios throughout Victoria, alongside implementing comprehensive Asset and Risk Management Strategies.
Prior to this, Trish served as the Facilities Manager at Wesley Mission Victoria, overseeing a portfolio of 150 buildings and sites across metropolitan Melbourne. During this time her responsibilities included project managing corporate office design, build, and refurbishments, as well as managing contractor and stakeholder engagement.

At Royal Freemasons Ltd from 2007 to 2012, Trish managed a diverse portfolio of aged care properties across Victoria, including nursing homes, independent units, and corporate offices. She played a key role in the redevelopment of two multi-storey building conversions to apartments and the construction of a new four-storey nursing home in inner Melbourne.

From 1997 to 2007, Trish served as the Facilities Manager at Victoria Legal Aid, overseeing maintenance, minor works, corporate office refurbishments, and new fit-outs. In this role she also managed security services, front of house operations, and fleet management.
With a foundation in various government departments, Trish has a comprehensive understanding of maintenance and capital works associated with public buildings and public housing.
Trish is a Life Member of FMA Australia having a particular interest in Education and Training in the industry. She is currently a Trainer and Assessor in the Diploma of Facilities Management.
